The Woods Hole Child Center Summer Program is an introduction to science for young children, ages 3-7. Children are grouped into either the younger or older class.
In this program, children explore their natural environment through age-appropriate science lessons, art activities, and outdoor play. Each week there is a school-wide focus, as the children explore plants, ocean creatures, insects, pets, sand, and water. For the older class, there will be field trips to places of interest in the Woods Hole and Falmouth area. Parents are required to assist with one field trip. The younger class will go on local walking field trips.
